RAM Family

The RAM Air Dryer are designed for small exchanges. Thank to their small sizes, the RAM air dryers are appreciated by the end users, both during the installation and the maintenance procedures. Different models (output capacities) are provided, such as:

• RAM 10 - 1000 Nl/h
• RAM 15 - 1500 Nl/h

The RAM Units in a single cabinet house the following components:

• Electrical and control section, including:

• ACE board which controls the whole RAM functions and sends the working parameters to the connected PC
• Front panel which locally displays the working parameters

• Air generation and treatment

• Compressor
• Drying unit for air drying
• Tank for air storage

• Integrated electronic air flowmeters module (optional)
• Remote alarm box (optional)

Thanks to its state of the art technology, the RAM provides an extraordinary long-term maintenance schedule such as:

• Major maintenance after 8000 working hours
• Minor maintenance after 4000 working hours

The RAM operational status, measured parameters and alarms can be easily managed by NiDA/NiDA2 Monitoring System.
