Air Dryers

ADC Family

The ADC air dryers are designed for medium and large exchanges. Different models (output capacities) are provided, such as:

• ADC 30 - 3000 Nl/h
• ADC 60 - 6000 Nl/h

ADC air dryer is composed by the main cabinet and distribution cabinet (optional).

Main Cabinet:

• Electrical and control section:

• ACE board which controls the whole ADC functions and sends the working parameters to the connected Acquisition Unit
• Front panel which locally displays the working parameters

• Air generation and treatment section

• Compressor
• Drying unit for air drying
• Tank for air storage

Distribution Cabinet is mounted on top of the ADC to house Air Distribution Equipment (ADU) and Acquisition Unit (AU).

Thanks to the applied technology, the ADC performs an extraordinary long-term maintenance schedule such as:

• Major maintenance after 8000 working hours
• Minor maintenance after 4000 working hours

The ADC operational status, measured parameters and alarms can be easily managed by NiDA/NiDA2 Monitoring System.
