DSA Family

The DSA air dryers are designed for medium and large exchanges. Different models (output capacities) are provided, such as:

• DSA40 - 3500 Nl/h
• DSA80 - 7000 Nl/h
• DSA160 - 16000 Nl/h

These units are characterized by a double compressor with the capability to satisfy air peak consumption.

DSA air dryers consist of a single frame cabinet containing:

• Electrical and control section, including:

• ACE board which controls the whole DSA functions and sends the working parameters to the connected PC
• Front panel which locally displays the working parameters

• Air generation and treatment

• Double compressors
• Drying unit for air drying
• Tank for air storage

• TCP/IP Board for PSTN/LAN connection to remote monitoring PC

Thanks to the applied technology, the DSA adopt an extraordinary long-term maintenance schedule such as:

• Major maintenance after 8000 working hours
• Minor maintenance after 4000 working hours

The DSA operational status, measured parameters and alarms can be easily managed by NiDA/NiDA2 Monitoring System.
